The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no scripts, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
If you email us, including to join the waitlist, we use your email only to reply and to tell you when Cardew is available.
We don't sell or share your information, and we'll delete it whenever you ask.

Who we are

This website is operated by Alphabet One Pty Ltd, trading as Greythorn Studio Works, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ("we", "us"). Contact: support@greythornstudioworks.com.

This website

The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts and loads nothing from third parties. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, processes standard request information (such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use that information to identify you.

If you email us or join the waitlist

We receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply to you. If you asked to join the Cardew waitlist, we'll send you one email when Cardew is available. We won't add you to any other list or send marketing without your permission. Reply "remove" at any time and we'll delete your address.

Our email is handled by our email provider. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it to help you, and delete waitlist addresses once the launch email has been sent, unless you've asked to hear more.

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with our hosting and email providers, when the law requires it, or with your consent. These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
